2020 backup camera replacement, the shop was going to charge me $600.00 for replacement when I asked why so much I was told $150.00 for part $250.00 for reprogramming $200.00 for mechanic. So I called two other shops asking about the replacement and was told reprogramming was unnecessary it’s a plug and play system. I also checked at other parts store and in the description of the part it is a plug and play no reprogramming So why is a qualified mechanic saying it needs reprogramming?

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the ongoing issue with my vehicle's airbag recall. Over a year ago, I was informed that the necessary part had been ordered, but each time I return for service, I am told the part still needs to be ordered, as if nothing has been done. This situation has left me questioning whether the part was ever truly ordered or perhaps allocated elsewhere. The urgency of this recall cannot be overstated. As you know, the risk of flying shrapnel from a deployed airbag in an accident is a serious safety concern. Given that I commute at least 30 miles every day for work, I am deeply worried about my safety, and I need to know that my health and well-being are being taken seriously. I kindly ask for immediate clarification on the status of the part and a firm commitment to resolving this issue. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

1. Service was not finished on time at Saturday. Service engineer suggested to pickup car at Monday. He confirmed car will be ready before lunch. When I called Monday 10am, nobody even started to work with my car. Finally service was finished at 3:30 pm. 2. I requested to check the reason of tier pressure sensor mulfanction. You replaced this sensor to new one. But now all sensors doesn't work.

The last two services you have increased pricing. For three services I have went from paying $210, to well over $300. So not only are your vehicles overpriced but now your service is as well. I have no choice but to find a cheaper option. No more GMC trucks or services! Cannot get ahead when businesses continue to raise their prices. The dealer did not have the truck I wanted. They did a search and found one the color I wanted. I agreed to the trade, but when it arrived it was not equipped like I wanted. I should have caught that. Not the salesman's fault. It was not as well equipped as the one I traded. So, I settled for a truck I really didn't want.

Overall, the experience was ok. There were several hicus. Some were my fault others we not. For starters the vehicle I bought advertise for $47k after rebates. But somehow I got it to $52 after rebates. The vehicle had recalls from July2024 were not complete until the day after I bought it. Even though I was told to take the car that night. Luckily I refuse to take it with me because I made sure my salesman would honor his promise of washing and fueling the car. I also ask for the truck to be ready because I was driving it to California the next morning. But when I got there I was not allow to take it because of two recalls. Technology GM does not allow their vehicles to be sold if it is known the their is a recall. But it was sold to me. Overall my salesman was good. He didn't volunteer any information. When I got it I thought it was a V8 but later I found out it was a 4 cylinder engine. I think that was mostly un me because I did ask the right questions. I also want to say that the maintenance department was superb. They shared information calm me down when I realized that I would miss my Statting time by two hours. They were great and I am completely satisfied with the service department.

The technician who did the service was not very good at his job. He put a tire on the rear to the front with a hole in the tire that had a nail in it. I got ready to go to church and to my surprise I had a flat tire on the front. Not a good technician in my opinion.

I always take my Truck to Gmc Clarksville and have always been satisfied with the service and the Staff. May 6, 2025 was a different story I had a full service done. I had the Transmission, Transfer, front and rear differential oil change and engine oil change. Also 4 new tires installed.Needless to say that thousands of dollars were spent. I got a call from Kim Sigler said truck had to be sent out to have tires mounted they could not do it there. So 2 days went by and Kim Sigler called and said truck was ready. I went to pick up truck turned the key and dash had a sevice tire caution on. Did not even leave the GMC parking lot talked to Kim Sigler she asked if I could take it to Discount Tire and they would fix it. I politely told her I was not going to take it and the dealership needed to handle it. So left Truck no word on progress 3rd day finally day 4 she called and said truck was ready. So on 4th day at the dealership I picked up my vehicle. Very disappointed in the professionalism of.the Service Department for not catching the problem after picking up the vehicle the caution light was front and center in the dash with yellow light and words Service Tire Pressure System. I feel that after spending thousands of dollars that collecting the money was the priority not customer service. Will not be bringing my vehicle back to Clarksville GMC and will tell my friends and family who own GMC’s to think twice before going to this dealership. I believe everyone from the mechanics to the Service department and Service advisor need some customer service training.

I was not at all satisfied, I went there for an oil, filter, and tire rotation I told him so when he rang it up he had much more added to it I declined it and signed the paper as saying so after the wait it was added back on. I ask him what was going on he said we talked about it and i changed my mind. I know beyond a reasonable doubt I did not. I might be up in age but my mind is still sharp. I paid the bill because I had no other choice. Was charged almost $1100 for a tune up once picked up told me that coil packs were not changed because my vehicle didn't have coil packs which isn't true it does. Why are they charging 36.99 for 8 dollar spark plugs and 206 dollars for 80 dollar wires. Was under the impression for the price I paid a full tune up would be preformed with coil packs , plugs and wires. Will not be back to pay for the overpriced charges they offer

The text a person receives detailing the service and the amount that service will cost is deceiving. A person receives a text with an amount only to go to the dealership and the amount be higher. Apparently there are “shop supplies” that are added to everyone’s bill or it could be a “diagnostic test” that was added or both of these things added. Why is that not disclosed in the original text or better yet why is that not included in the price you are originally quoted. Customers are paying a high enough price for labor and parts that these “supplies” should be included in the cost and not an “add on”. Why would it cost $195 for a diagnostic test - it doesn’t- it’s a way for the dealership to make more money. To show up expecting to pay one price and then be told it’s going to cost $75 more or in our case last week $500 more is ridiculous. This has happened to us 2 weeks in a row and we will be re-thinking where we get our vehicles serviced.

I purchased a new 2025 Denali 1500 Ultimate and the amp for kicker speakers didn’t work on delivery to me. Then the telematics unit went out week later. Bring it for service told parts are on back order and didn’t hear a word or update from anyone for three weeks. I kept checking in with the service rep and they said it’s on back order no eta. I called executive support at GMC and they had trouble getting updates from the service center. Pure disaster and major disappointment for what I paid to get this service.

It was an overall great experience. The team was professional and friendly. Because we live six hours away, we did all of the purchasing online and over the phone, and we never stepped foot on the lot until it was time to pick up the vehicle we purchased. Daniel Bourne was our salesperson, and he was professional and very respectful throughout the process. He worked with us during negotiations, and when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, he was there to greet us. Everything was hassle-free. We were at the dealership for maybe 45 minutes total. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had when purchasing a new car.

Thought something with the 6.2 caused an issue with my truck(considering the recall and what not) Wednesday June 25th as my Mother-in-law was driving to pick us up from the airport and the truck suddenly died at a stop light. It would not start back up with nearly full tank of fuel... Was able to get it towed over to Wyatt Johnson and spoke with Angel, as soon as they opened up. He got me in on first available appointment which was set for Today( Friday June 27th 2025 ) however a couple hours later they were able to run an initial assessment and determine an issue in the Fuel Pump Control Module. They replaced it and the truck was fully operational again no issues with the motor(THANKFULLY). Angel was very communitive and answered all the questions/concerns if I could give him more than 5 stars I absolutely would.

I have a 2025 vehicle that has a software issues. The radio cuts out on all source inputs which is very annoying. I was told there is no resolution currently for this problem. If was short on the agreed purchase amount, would I be allowed to just take the vehicle and worry about it later. Surely that would not happen; however, it's okay for GM to just string me along with no compensation. I do not have an issue with Wyatt Johnson or the service rep but still feel I should be compensated for my loss of quality.

Drop off easy, facility nice, advisor had good attitude, and that’s where positives end. Dropped it off with one issue: sensor broken. Picked it back up and told sensor broken. I know…that’s why I dropped it off. Told that a warranty claim was filed, called Chevy after appointment to seek warranty work. Chevy assured it contacted the dealer and send me a copy of the ticket. Sales advisor assured me he would bring ticket to manager and call me in 24 hours. Dealership unresponsive. Paid over $200 to tell me what I told them dropping it off and no fix or service done.

Was lied to about what my truck was taking so long to get serviced and warranty work when I checked on the truck in the afternoon. I had a 7:30 appointment but when I stopped in around 1:30pm my vehicle was not even pulled in yet. This was after I was told a technician put new tires on my new wheels by mistake and they would have to put my old tires back on. This was the reason given for the delay of returning my truck to me. Found out this “may have” been a lie to buy the shop more time. After some very irate words between myself and the dealership my truck was delivered to my house which was followed by an email of apology. The apology was for lying to me. This is NOT how business should be conducted. A customer and dealer relationship is based on trust which has now been destroyed for me due to the dishonesty of the dealership and their representatives.

I ordered 4 Michelin tires and made an appointment for Wednesday Sept 10, 7am. Angel took the order. I received texts, emails and a phone call reminding me of my appointment. When I got there, there were only 2 tires in stock. No one apologized. Angel sent me to Parts. Parts were very helpful. I bought 4 Goodyear tires even though that’s not exactly what I wanted. I wanted to keep my old tires and they were loaded for me where they would roll back and forth all the way home. I had to get in the truck bed and lay them down. I had a specialty socket for my lug nuts. They did not return it and I had to go back in and get multiple people to search for it. The shop manager found it. Still no apology for any of this. It was an unpleasant experience that took 3 hours.

As per invoice #642737, I do not feel that Wyatt Johnson GMC treated me fairly on my issue concerning moisture in my backup camera. "After a rain", the inside screen becomes blurry in the middle area. Drying the camera off on the outside doesn't solve the problem. It takes days and sometimes a couple of weeks for the blurriness to disappear. Johnathan Draughon had informed me that the camera issue could have a diagnostic charge, which I responded that I would have a difficult time paying for a service charge that should have been under warranty anyway. I had thought when I purchased a new 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 truck from Wyatt Johnson that I was purchasing the truck and the "paid for" extended warranty with a reputable company. The "camera Warranty" evidently was shipped out to a "third party" business to who knows who, and who knows where. The "third party" denied the repair needed as under warranty. Definitely not from Wyatt Johnson GMC. To top it off, besides declining the camera repair, I was given a diagnostic charge of $239.08 if I didn't pay approximately $650.00 plus for a camera repair that probably would not work properly over a period of time either. The camera was part of the total component of the GMC truck, not an after-market purchase on my part. How many other features are hidden under the supposed 'warranty"? In general terms, since 1978 I have bought all new Ford F-150 trucks from Jenkins & Wynne Ford. I never had any transmission problems or back-up camera problems from Ford. I am beginning to realize I might have made a mistake by buying the 2023 GMC Sierra truck instead of the 2023 Ford F-150 truck. Chances are I will reconsider my options on my next purchase.

I like to give my feedback directly to your staff and their managers. Just my opinion (and many agree with me) but I think employers today need to spend more time evaluating their employees themselves rather than depending on a customer survey. Your employees deserve that! I am being told by many employees who provide me service, that their jobs and pay depend on my survey. There is definitely something wrong with that! I was very unhappy with the fact I scheduling ahead of time for an oil change and waiting an hour and a half because of being backed up and no one called to say things might be a little late. The rep apologized but the fact that gmc waits for customers to arrive to give them the news is not right either. I was warned when I got there that they were backed up but I didn’t have a choice I needed it done or I would have left. As well as very unhappy customers waiting for their cars and sales reps apologizing because the mechanics were learning on a new machine to change a customers tire so that backed up everyone else’s maintenance.

Where to start! I had to have the torque converter and muffler replaced on my car. First visit they replaced the torque converter which ended up taking from wednesday to monday. Second visit I had to come out and ride with a tech to hear that the torque converter they just put on was bad. Third visit they were suppose to replace the torque converter again and replace the muffler. Again took a couple of days, when I came to pick up I was informed that the muffler wasn't replaced due to it hadn't arrived yet. It was supposed to be ordered three weeks prior, Jonathan Sullivan stated it was ordered and just not arrived yet. Fourth trip to finally replace the muffler was the icing on the cake. I had an appt at 8:30, I called at 2:30 to ask was my car ready and was told it hadn't even been to the shop yet!!!! I was beyond angry. Angel from service was texting me saying how they had dropped the ball the last visit and the second time how the exhaust parts was not ordered. The whole time Jonathan Sullivan telling me it was back ordered and was sitting somewhere in Ohio. In other words it was never ordered and he was just trying to cover up the lack of doing there job. Its sad to think that once I called and had to get angry that my car was ready in 45 minutes. They did end up bringing my car to me once they were done per my request since I no longer had a way to come pick it up so late in the day. I just feel that being honest about the situation is better than telling you what they think you want to hear. I keep hearing stories of how bad the service dept is at the dealership. I saw it first hand! I almost feel like since it was warranty work and not cash work that I was not a priority. This is our third GMC vehicle and I'm not sure we will continue supporting this kind of behavior.

I am very displeased with my experience. I dropped off my truck for it's 5,000 mile oil change. Once completed, i came to pick up my truck. I had not made it a mile down the road when I noticed it was smoking when I came to a stop light. As I made it farther down the road to another stop light, it began smoking, sputtering, and stalling. I immediately called the service department and returned to the dealership. After their review, they notified me that the oil was overfilled by 2.5 quarts!! The reason I was given was ridiculous ("Technician did not recalibrate the pump.") Why did they not check the dipstick to verify? My concern now is what damage did it do to my engine long-term? I've only had one other issue that needs to be fixed (power button doesn't work on the radio), but all-in-all, I've enjoyed my truck. However, once again, the service department disappoints. I now want an extended warranty on my truck, but I don't think I should have to pay for it seeing my concerns have arisen due to the incompetence of Wyatt Johnson.

It's expected to be there between 3-4 hours. My appointment was at 7:30 a.m. abd didn't leave until approximately 11:30 a.m. My job order didn't get complete. The rep called my extended warranty and they wanted the electrical diagnostic of my vehicle. The rep stated the mechanic didn't complete the diagnostic to submit to the warranty company due to the mechanic started working on something else. Also, the shop didn't have the parts for my vehicle. Therefore, the I need to reschedule an appointment with you all whenever the parts come in and start the whole process over of calling the warranty company to get the job order approved. I feel like nothing was accomplished and I wasted four hours just sitting there.

My experience was not good at all. There were issues with my purchased extended warranty. Because I bought the vehicle at Wyatt Johnson Mazda which a Wyatt Johnson GMC took me there, it took them 3 days to track the warranty documentation when they simplycould have contacted me for a.copy. communication was bad noone contacted me to give me a.status on my vehicle I had to call them. There was a rear differential leak found that is covered in the lifetime warranty and for the life of me I could not understand why that wasn't fixed immediately while they were ordering the AC condenser. In all I didnt think my vehicle should have been there for 9 days for a.two day repair. After I complained about 5he lack of communication they assigned A consultant (Angel) last name escapes.me right now, but he was really professional about keeping me in the loop. The dealership I love the service department has always left a lot to desire. First no one opened the doors until I got out of my truck even though I had been sitting in front of one of the doors for a couple of minutes. So I then got back into my truck and had to move over a lane. I was told, (I did not ask)that they would fill up my DEF which didn't happen. Then the tech drove my brand new truck around in the rain with both front windows down. When I got back into my truck, there was water. This is just one of many bad experiences with the service department don't think I will be going back. They just can't seem to figure it out. Wet unfortunate

I never received a copy of the things stated wrong with my car. I had to pay $240 for a diagnostic fee and I needed an actual copy of all the things they said *should be replaced. Mike tried to print or send to me but I never received it. Supposedly all issue stem from my battery that they wanted me to pay $337 for I declined and have bought a new battery for $100 but would like a copy of the issues that were supposedly because I needed a new battery because I now have a new battery and all issues are still occurring.

The people who served us were great. However, we arrived at 9:20 for our 9:30 appointment and were told there were 5 vehicles ahead of us. We were there for an oil change and tire rotation. They found "other things" that needed attention. The person who checked us out volunteered to write my check for me. I wasn't sure if he thought I was incapable or exactly what. I write my own checks. It was after 12:00 when we left, so the rest of our plans for the day fell through. If they could not take us at 9:30, they should not have scheduled us.
