Preventative Steps Taken at the Dealership
Effective immediately, our dealership has implemented the following steps to ensure a healthy environment for all guests:
From the moment you enter Wyatt Johnson Buick GMC, there will be many surfaces you’ll come into contact with. It’s hard to avoid that all together. So, we’ve instructed our janitorial staff to frequently clean and disinfect all high touch surfaces including tables, lobbies, door handles, restrooms, van shuttle seats, phones, and more, during the day.
Besides surfaces, there are also items that you may handle during your visit. These items may also have been passed around by other staff and customers. So we’ve placed hand sanitizing stations around our showroom and office areas and recommend finding them after handling items like keys, pens, clipboards, etc.
Staying home when you’re sick is very important to slow the spread of COVID-19. We’ve mandated our staff to remain at home if they are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms. We also ask that our customers stay home if they are feeling ill and come back when they are feeling better.
The steps we are taking moving forward have been inspired by the advice being provided to the public from trusted organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

We want to make sure that those people are supported by us just as much as those who choose to come and shop in-person. So we’ve added a few brand new programs to make shopping from home even better!
Our new car delivery service allows you to take care of everything right at home. You can browse through our available inventory of brand new Buick and GMC models, apply for financing, and once you’ve officially bought the car and signed all the appropriate paperwork, we’ll bring your new car to you! This also works for any car in our used car inventory as well! This way, you can relax at home while we take care of things on our end and you won’t have to put your health at risk. Your new car will be delivered to you totally disinfected and clean!
Another new program we’ve added is our auto service pick-up. This program works by allowing you to schedule any type of Buick GMC service you need and continue on with your day as our team comes to pick your car up for you! We’ll make sure your car gets the service it needs, and when everything is done we’ll bring your car back to you washed and disinfected! We’ll even leave you with a loaner if you need something to get around in during your day.
All of these services are available to you at no extra cost. However, you do have to be within 20 miles of our Wilma Rudolph Blvd location, in Clarksville, which include parts of Pleasant View, Adams, Cedar Hill, and more!
