Due to the hard work and perseverance of some people of the black community, they now enjoy all the rights and the status of freedom. However, Black History is not only about their fights for rights; there are a lot of things that have been lost in the sea of oblivion that was once a part of the black lives. February is the Black History month in which there are several events held throughout the month commemorating the contribution of the black people. The month-long event is held in several cities and states. Clarksville, Tennessee, is no exception to it.

One of the most commonplace motifs of the Black History events in February is commemorating black history's most pivotal events. Some of them are chronological displays from the pre-independence era until today.

However, some of these events are shown as drama or documentary films of some great black personages in history, especially those who gained a high status in American society. Some shows display the unfolding events of some of history's wealthiest black Americans.

These shows intend to set examples for aspiring black people to follow in these footsteps.

2. Historic Arts of the Black Society:

The black culture is distinctive. Historically, there are several arts introduced by the people of the black community. The blues music and rap songs are the best examples. Nevertheless, some types of music, arts, and cuisines are nearly lost to the modern era.
